One option that we make available to our clients is a pre-payed support plan (kinda&#039; like pre-paid legal or insurance). For a specific amount the client gets a pre-determined amount of support, over a one-year term. It&#039;s actually a great way for clients to get a bit more eMarketing help on a longer-term campaign.
